Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while ensuring our boats are available for those who truly intend to cruise. 🔁 Standard Cancellations: More than 48 hours before departure: You’ll receive a 90% refund. We retain a 10% processing fee. Less than 48 hours before departure: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued. 🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellations: If we or you cancel due to unsafe weather conditions (storms, heavy rain, high winds), we only charge a 10% fee, and you’ll receive a 90% refund. Note: Light rain or cloudy skies are not considered valid reasons for weather cancellations. The final decision on weather-related cancellations will be made by our team based on safety.
